Building Insurance: Major Damages: In case of fire or water damage, an expert from the building insurance company will be involved. In cases of personal fault, the insurance may seek recourse.

Personal Liability: For damages caused by personal fault, you can pay invoices directly or forward them to your private liability insurance. Please check your individual deductible beforehand.

Inventory Check: Upon move-out, everything must be present as defined in your handover protocol. Please check the inventory list well in advance of your departure.

Final Handover: A joint inspection takes place before move-in and move-out. Replace missing items beforehand to avoid extra costs. You must inform Homestay AG Switzerland about any such replacements.
